We’re looking for a Customer Success & Engagement Specialist who’s passionate about helping customers, confident in communication, and ready to represent our brand across support and social channels.


What You’ll Do


Customer Support (Intercom):

  • Respond to customer questions, technical issues, and feedback with clarity and empathy.
  • Troubleshoot common product issues and escalate bugs or feature requests to the technical team.
  • Maintain accurate conversation notes and identify recurring customer themes.

Customer & Lead Interactions (Social Media):

  • Engage with leads and customers on social platforms (mainly Instagram) through comments, messages, and replies.
  • Represent Autoenhance.ai’s brand voice—friendly, professional, and informed.
  • Identify potential leads and nurture conversations into demos, trials, or sign‑ups.
  • Monitor and report on engagement trends and common questions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent written English and communication skills.
  • Experience in customer support, community management, or social media engagement (preferably SaaS or tech).
  • Familiarity with tools like Intercom, Instagram, LinkedIn, or similar.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently.
  • Bonus: Background in photography, real estate media, or AI tools.
